By honoring a strict Formulation Creed unlike any in the cosmetic industry,we ensure your products meet your ingredient &performance needs
Our products are formulated by Rebecca James Gadberry, who teaches R&D people from major brands about raw ingredients, and others set their standards by.
We use only effective levels of performance ingredients (we don’t use big name ingredients just for their name)
Whenever possible:
-
We choose close-to-the-source natural ingredients – even if this results in a higher product investment
-
We choose plant-derived synthetics
-
We choose chemically-standardized plant extracts that have been proven effective in scientific studies
We stabilize fragile ingredients (like Vitamins A and C or antioxidant-rich plant extracts) to make sure they make it from the product to the skin.
Then we place them in special delivery vehicles, link them to pilot molecules or put them in bases that enhance penetration – so you are sure to see results.
-
We use only gentle preservatives at low levels to provide a minimum one-year shelf life or self preserving ingredients
-
Most products are paraben free
-
We use only natural essential oils or simple synthetic fragrance blends that are less likely to produce an allergic reaction – or we don’t use any fragrance at all
-
We use only natural or FDA-certified colors – or we don’t use any color at all
-
We use soothing ingredients to calm skin in all phases of the skincare routine
